As used in this Cookie Policy, “Meetz.ai”, “us” and “we” refers to Meetz Ai LLC, an US company with head office in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Meetz.ai respects the privacy and data protection rights of our users and recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information we collect about you. This Privacy Policy has been provided to inform you about our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of data on the Meetz.ai platforms and any other websites, apps, applications, features or online services that are owned or controlled by us. If you are a client of ours, the terms of use of our services provided to you are set out in a separate agreement with us. You can review our Terms of Service, which govern your use of Meetz.ai

By choosing to use our website and services, we consider it to be your freely given agreement on our policy, stated within this page.

The terms used within this page have the same meanings as those mentioned in the Terms of Service page, unless otherwise mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant throughout our entire platform. We respect your privacy to the highest degree and we are not nor we will never sell your personal information, individually or in aggregated form, or disclose any unnecessary information. We do not secretly access or collect personal information. All the data we collect and use are detailed below and you may access your personal information at any time.

1. Applicability

This Privacy Policy explains how we process our visitors’ and clients’ personal information, where Meetz.ai is the Data Controller.

The website may contain information about or links to other websites that are outside our custody and/or control. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to Meetz.ai. Thus, we urge our users to carefully read and review the privacy policies of each of those websites to get an understanding of how your information is being used and shared by those third-party websites.

2. Information we collect

We collect and use your personal information only according to applicable laws. We do not want nor is our intention to collect personal information of individuals under the age of 18 years old.

This section describes the purposes for which personal information are collected and used by Meetz.ai:

2.1. Browsing our website

By browsing our website, we may collect “log files” and receive them through Internet communication protocols. These information are not collected to be associated with identified persons, but due to their nature, may allow, by processing and integrating with certain data stored by third parties, the identification of our users. These information may include the IP address, your location (country) based on IP, browser type, number of clicks, landing pages, pages viewed, device’s name and operating system version, the configuration of our application while using our services, time and date of using our services, and other statistics.

2.2. User account

When you sign up to our services or sign into your account, we will collect personal information such as
your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, username, password and any other
information that we consider relevant to provide you with our services. We will use these data to create
your account upon your request and to provide our services through our application.

2.3. Payments

When you purchase our services, we will collect payment information such as billing and mailing
address, subscription plan, payed amount, and other related payment information. We use third parties
to process subscription payments. We will never collect and store your credit card details.

2.4. Calendar and emails

If you signed up to use our service, we may collect personal information through our application or
emails where we are explicitly copied such as names, email addresses, email’s content and signatures,
any other uploaded content, phone numbers, contacts and email properties like time/date, email
subject or IP. We will ask for visibility into your calendar to set up meetings as part of performing our
services, but you may revoke it at any time.

2.5. Support

When you write to our support team, we will collect personal information such as your name, email
address, message, particular configuration, and any other necessary details to provide you with a swift
solution to your request.

2.6. Analytics

We may collect personal information such as amount of emails, emails’ date and time, traffic, usage
trends or behavior. If we will collect these data, we will do it in an aggregated form so that it cannot
reasonably be handled to identify you or any other user.

2.7. Marketing

Upon your consent, we will collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, company. We will use these data only while we have your consent to do so. You may change your consent anytime by logging into your user account and going to the dedicated section. You may not opt out of services related e-mails.

2.8. Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitors’ behavior information. We may collect cookies such as technical and device information, website usage information, time and date of user interaction such as Facebook Pixels. You can disable cookies from our website through our cookie settings page. The use of cookies does not involve personal information request and, in most cases, does not identify the users personally.

3. How we use collected information

4. Our legal basis for processing information

We use personal information as necessary for the performance of our services or to take steps prior to providing our services, and to support our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving our services, understanding how our services are used, optimizing our marketing and advertising services, customer service and support, and protecting and securing our visitors, our clients, ourselves and our Services. We are collecting and using of our cookies, and sending marketing and promotions messages based on your active consent. By expressing your consent, you agree that we may collect, use, disclose, process and transfer your personal information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5. How long we keep collected information

We will keep your personal information as long as you are our client and you have an active account on Meetz.ai. We may store some data in an aggregated form so that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify users. Accounts will be automatically deleted after one year of inactivity. Inactivity is when a user does not access the Meetz.ai account. Users can request to have their accounts removed from our application and to stop using our services temporarily or permanently. Users must ensure they give us 15 to 30 days to remove their accounts from the Meetz.ai.

Support messages will be kept for a period of 6 months.

Under certain circumstance, we may retain your personal information for a longer time, even after you have opted out, if retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

6. How we protect information

Security of this platform is worked on from the very beginning of developing our services and is top priority for us. We maintain a variety of appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. We limit access to personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to retrieve that information to provide our services. Considering the current state of technology, we have implemented reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your personal information. For example, we encrypt and host all data on the AWS cloud apart from third party vendors, like Stripe, that receive necessary information for regular ongoing processes that our service requires.

No method of transmission over the Internet, method of electronic storage or other security methods are one hundred percent secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. How we share information
